TUALCOM is expanding into Germany and we’re looking for Senior Sales Engineers who want to help shape that journey.

After establishing operations in the UK and US, Germany is next. That’s where you come in.

Aufgaben

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk kind of role. It’s dynamic, technical, customer-facing, and perfect for someone who loves turning complex tech into real business.
  • Drive new business across Germany and beyond spot opportunities, chase leads, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Own the customer experience from first contact to long-term partnership, with stellar service and reliable support every step of the way.
  • Show off your technical flair deliver product demos, presentations, and recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Stay ahead of the market track trends, competitors, and new technologies in GNSS, RF, and radio navigation and feed that intel back into the team.
  • Represent TUALCOM out in the world trade shows, seminars, events, marketing collaborations… you’ll be part of it all.

Fähigkeiten

  • What You Will Bring
  • We’re looking for someone who’s confident in both sales conversations and technical deep dives. Some with a commercial mind but who is also an Engineer at heart.
  • A degree in electrical, electronic, communications, industrial engineering or similar.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management (defense/aerospace is a big plus).
  • Solid technical know-how and an ability to explain complex concepts in a way people both understand and relate to.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany and occasionally internationally.
  • Excellent communication skills. German and English fluency is essential; further European language skills are highly beneficial.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset, and a hunger to master both our tech and our sales processes.
  • Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems and working with data to build quotes, reports, and insights.
  • A genuine team player collaborative, supportive, and excited to help build something new.
