Sedana Medical is looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Global Customer Service team at our German office in Wolfratshausen.
Aufgaben
- The role
- As Customer Service Representative at Sedana Medical, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational flow within all Customer Service processes. You will manage daily customer orders, support internal stakeholders, and contribute to efficient administrative and operational processes.
- The Customer Service team is located in Germany, while several other key functions are based at our headquarters in Sweden, and our Sales teams operate locally in markets such as Germany, France, Spain, and the UK. This means you will work in a highly international environment with close cross-border collaboration.
- You will report to the Head of Customer Operations and work closely with colleagues across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, and Logistics. This is a hands-on role suited for a structured and solution-oriented professional who enjoys combining customer interaction with administrative responsibility.

- Main responsibilities and tasks
- Manage daily customer orders and ensure smooth order processing
- Act as a key contact for customer inquiries and provide relevant documentation
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, and internal stakeholders
- Handle returns, credit notes, and delivery-related matters
- Maintain accurate customer master data and pricing information in our ERP system
- Support monitor and asset management, including reporting and invoicing
- Contribute to efficient processes and continuous improvements within Customer Operations
- Support administrative tasks and material management at the German office

- Minimum qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. Industriekaufmann/-frau) or comparable business qualification
- Several years of experience in customer service or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes
- Confident user of MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
- Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
- Beneficial qualifications
- Experience in customer service within medtech, pharma, or healthcare
- Experience working in an international environment
- Knowledge of logistics and order processing workflows
- Experience with master data management and invoicing processes
- Spanish at professional working proficiency
