We are growing - and so is our Sales team. To strengthen our Partner Management capacity, we are looking for a motivated (Junior) Sales Manager (Partner Management) for our office in Stuttgart.

Aufgaben

  • In this role, you will support eccenca in scaling our partner ecosystem, ensuring a high-quality partner-driven pipeline. You will be responsible for activating our partner network, qualifying partner-led opportunities, and ensuring a high-quality, scalable sales pipeline through effective CRM management.
  • ## The Role
  • As a (Junior) Sales Manager (Partner Management), you will play a key role in professionalising and scaling our partner ecosystem. You will:
  • Qualify inbound partner leads and opportunities based on defined criteria to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
  • Support partner onboarding and activation, taking responsibility for the end-to-end processing.
  • Schedule partner meetings and demos with the Partner-/Sales-Executive to drive partner-led revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate partner data and activities in our CRM, ensuring all strategic partner relationships are properly tracked.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute targeted partner campaigns and support the creation of partner sales materials and pitch decks.
  • Support partner enablement initiatives, such as training and workshops, to strengthen our partner network.
  • Contribute to the optimisation of our CRM by supporting the development of processes, workflows, and partner reports.
  • Participate in partner events, webinars, and trade fairs, as well as internal projects aimed at process improvement.

Fähigkeiten

  • First practical exposure to sales, partner management, or business development through internships or student jobs. Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in a sales-supportive or customer-facing role.
  • A completed apprenticeship with practical experience or a Bachelor's degree; we also highly value career changers with the right drive and motivation for the B2B software industry.
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Motivation, eagerness to learn, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, a professional phone manner, and excellent German and English.
  • Ideally, you have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate partner data and supporting process optimisations.
  • Knowledge of B2B Tech markets is a big plus.
