Hi, I’m Sabri, the Director of Rewards & People Analytics.

I am looking for a

Senior Manager of Rewards

to join our People Team at N26. This is a high-impact, 'strategic partner' role designed for an expert who doesn't just manage cycles but architectures the very frameworks that drive our 1,600+ N26ers to excel.

Aufgaben

  • Direct Impact: You will operationalize our new Rewards Philosophy across Europe, ensuring our investment in people creates real business value.
  • Strategic Scope: From Executive Compensation to complex Works Council negotiations, you will navigate the highest levels of organizational complexity.
  • High Visibility: You’ll be a key partner in supporting the preparation for Remuneration Committees (RemCo) and Board interactions, ensuring N26 remains a compliant, top-tier employer.
  • In the role you will:
  • Drive the Rewards Evolution: Land and implement our newly launched Rewards Philosophy, turning strategy into a lived reality for every employee.
  • Architect Variable Comp: Lead our Equity (ESOP) and Cash Bonus programs, ensuring our incentive structures are competitive and aligned with N26’s growth.
  • Execute with Precision: Own the end-to-end Salary Review and Promotion cycles, bringing simplicity and clarity to what can often be complex processes.
  • Master the Market: Lead our benchmarking and salary band design to ensure we win the talent war in the fintech space.
  • Navigate Governance: Be the point of contact for internal/external audits and a key driver in RemCo preparations, acting as a trusted advisor on regulatory compliance.
  • Partner for Progress: Collaborate with Works Councils and Internal Communications to ensure our Rewards story is told with integrity and transparency.

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in Rewards, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic Mindset: You are a forward-thinking leader who anticipates market shifts and can pivot strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Operational Excellence: You operate with structure and discipline, holding yourself and others to high standards of quality and pace.
  • Emotional Intelligence: You lead building trust across all levels and collaborating effectively with Works Councils and global teams.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in ambiguity and are ready to own 1-2 direct reports as the team scales, coaching them toward high performance.
