Technological Commissioning Manager (f/m/d)

• As Technological Commissioning Manager you are responsible for the commissioning of laser welding machines in the workshop and at construction sites (worldwide). This includes:
• On-site service assignments for maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization of equipment at customer facilities.
• Analysis of operational data considering the interaction of mechanics, automation and process.
• Optimization of process parameters as well as execution and documentation of acceptance tests.
• Active contribution to the continuous development and improvement of technology and plant engineering.
• Reporting of key operational results back to the company.
• Providing training to our customers.

• You hold a completed degree in engineering or a completed technical/vocational apprenticeship with appropriate further qualification. Additionally important:
• Experience in commissioning laser welding machines / machine tools; experience in laser welding technology is an advantage.
• Mechatronic knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of PLC programming (TIA Portal preferrably).
• Knowledge of servo‑hydraulic systems.
• Electrical qualification certificate (can be obtained afterwards if required).
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Independent and goal‑oriented working style.
• Teamwork skills, openness, and high resilience under pressure.
• Willingness to undertake extended business trips.
