• Independent handling of ocean freight export shipments
• Planning, booking and creation of transport orders as well as tracking and tracing of shipments
• Non-conformance reporting according to KPIs
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors according to agreed rates
• PSA BDP customer support as well as coordination with our overseas houses/agents
• Registration and processing of complaints
• Compliance with deadlines
• Preparation of order settlements and processing of incoming invoices
• Optimizing workflows and monitoring results
• Ensuring ISO 9001, SQAS standard and data maintenance

• Job Requirements
• Your profile:
• Experience of minimum 3 -5 years in ocean freight
• Commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent
• Work experience in handling ocean freight export shipments
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
