Join Us Early – Help Build the Future of AI in Industry We are building an AI-powered forecasting and planning platform for industrial spare parts, one of the most complex and under-optimized areas in global supply chains. We work in a hybrid model with hubs in Berlin and Stuttgart and remote teammates across Europe. We collaborate closely across teams and locations, meet in person with purpose and build with impact in mind.

- Your mission
- As our Account Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales growth. You’ll own the entire sales cycle - from generating leads to closing deals - within the mid-market and SME segments. You bring an entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in dynamic environments, and love the thrill of building something new from scratch. Reporting directly to our CEO, who’s currently heading sales, you’ll work closely with every department as we build out our processes and expand our reach.

- Strategic Impact:
- Expand Our Market: Create and execute strategies to break into new markets and verticals, driving measurable results in customer acquisition.
- Voice of the Customer: Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Refine the Process: Identify gaps and optimize the sales process for better efficiency and impact, helping us evolve as we grow.

- Who We’re Looking For
- This is the perfect role for a hands-on Account Executive with a passion for mid-market/SME sales in the B2B SaaS space. If you love the challenge of building a sales function from the ground up and want to leave your mark on a fast-growing startup, let’s chat!
- SaaS Sales Pro: You have hands-on SaaS sales experience, focused on mid-market and SME clients with quick, direct sales cycles - not long enterprise deals.
- Startup Ready: You’re proactive, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love the challenge of building and adapting in a startup where things are still taking shape.
- Proven Closer: With 3-5 years as an AE, you've consistently hit and exceeded your targets. Ideally, AE experience makes up 70%+ of your career.
- Self-Starter: You've succeeded in early-stage B2B SaaS startups, especially in manufacturing, and know how to build processes and win with minimal support.
- Full-Cycle Sales: You generate, manage, and close your own deals - no hand-holding needed.
- Adaptable: You excel in ever-changing environments and actively shape products and processes as you go.
- Aligned for Growth: You're ready for a competitive OTE, with a balanced split, and understand this is a hands-on, growth-focused role - not a senior-level sales management position.
- Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in both German and English, you effortlessly adapt your messaging to resonate with our diverse clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- This role is for hands-on, quota-carrying hunters, not sales managers, strategists, or those focused on nurturing existing clients. If you prefer structured environments or long, complex sales cycles, this might not be the right fit.
- The Tools You’ll Be Using
- HubSpot Sales Hub Professional: You’ll need to be comfortable building workflows, sequences, and campaigns in HubSpot to drive KPIs.
- Excel & PowerPoint: These tools will be your go-to for preparing customer pitches and building offers that close deals.
