Aufgaben

  • Subject matter expert (SME) for KYC (Know Your Customer)
  • Intended to conduct KYC activities
  • Partly supporting daily banking business for Japanese corporate clients
  • The role includes the following:
  • Collection of required documents/information for KYC reviews
  • Check on accuracy of documents/information for KYC reviews
  • Analysis of data/ information for KYC reviews
  • Performing Customer Screening
  • Performing Customer Assessment
  • Recording data/information for KYC reviews
  • Contacting a customer and other relevant parties in order to finalise KYC review
  • Performing Sanctions Due Diligence
  • Due date management of KYC reviews
  • Customer outreach regarding KYC issues

Fähigkeiten

  • In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
  • Preferred is an apprenticeship as a bank clerk or other commercial area, if combined with relevant work experience in a bank
  • Preferably 3 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of software skills (Excel and Word)
  • Fluency in English and in Japanese. German language skill is highly preferred
