WHAT IT’S ABOUT
As a Key Account Specialist - Life Sciences, you will own a portfolio of strategic industry partners and key accounts, playing a central role in driving growth across your customer portfolio. Your focus will be on strengthening existing partnerships, uncovering new opportunities within these relationships, and supporting initiatives that further expand Byonoy’s presence in the global life science market.
Aufgaben
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic industry partners and key accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring timely responses to commercial and service-related inquiries
- Contribute to business development by identifying new partnership opportunities and generating leads through targeted online activities (no cold calling)
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations, trainings, and stakeholder meetings, primarily in English
- Occasionally travel to partner companies or industry events (e.g., SLAS)
- Maintain a strong understanding of Byonoy’s commercial processes and support colleagues across the team when needed
- Contribute to internal processes to ensure we consistently meet our contractual commitments to partners
Fähigkeiten
- A degree in life science, natural science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in the life science industry, e.g. product management, sales, business development of equipment or reagents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English native speaker or equivalent proficiency
- Fluent German (C2)
- High digital affinity and confidence working with common IT- and sales tools.
