Aufgaben
- Plan, design, and conceptualize workshops, working groups, and other types of group discussions, and identify relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams and departments, and external stakeholders to define working group objectives, scope, and expected outputs
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end preparation and logistics for working groups, workshops, and other facilitated sessions, including agendas, interactive tools, etc.
- Moderate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and structured group discussions, using facilitation techniques (problem-solving frameworks, scenario exploration) and applying structured methodologies and facilitation tools
- Guide participants through collaborative processes, ensuring balanced participation, constructive dialogue, and results-oriented outcomes
- Capture results of sessions and produce high-quality reports, summaries, or visual maps of discussions to ensure traceability of decisions and follow up on open points
- Provide insights from workshops to support decision-making, risk identification, and project planning
- Support the project management team in planning, implementation, and reporting on project and change management activities
Fähigkeiten
- University degree (≥ three years) in public administration, public management, business administration, project management, organizational development, communications, social sciences, organizational psychology, behavioural sciences, law, international relations, education sciences or other relevant fields
- Minimum of three years' experience in workshop moderation, facilitation, community engagement, organizational development, project coordination, or training
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Certification in workshop facilitation and/or moderation or previous experience within an institutional environment and/or within an international organization is a plus
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (SÜG)
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Strong planning, preparation, and coordination skills
