Do you enjoy working with numbers and analytical challenges and want to understand financial contexts comprehensively? Then start your career with the Wilo Graduate Program as a trainee in Controlling & Finance (m/f/d) at Wilopark Dortmund.
Aufgaben
- Hands-on Controlling: Work actively in Controlling & Finance and gain a comprehensive understanding of financial processes.
- Keeping track of the numbers: Support analyses, evaluations, and reporting to provide solid decision-making foundations.
- Process improvement & trends: Contribute to the development of controlling and finance processes, identify new trends, and suggest practical solutions.
- Driving strategic projects: Assist in preparing and evaluating business cases and business plans, gaining experience in high-impact projects.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with adjacent areas such as Sales, Business Development, Operations, and R&D.
- International perspective: Operate in a global environment, collaborate closely with international colleagues, and spend one of your assignments at one of our European locations abroad.
- Learning, mentoring & feedback: Shape your own learning journey with structured mentoring and regular feedback after each assignment.
Fähigkeiten
- Academic background: You have an excellent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and relevant practical experience, e.g., through working student positions or internships.
- Experience advantage: Ideally, you have already gained international experience during your studies or internships.
- Numerical affinity: You enjoy working with numbers, analyses, and solve problems in a structured and analytical way.
- Work style: You are thorough, independent, and enjoy taking responsibility.
- Willingness to learn: You are eager to learn, can quickly familiarize yourself with new and complex topics, and are open to professional and personal development.
- Communication skills: You communicate clearly and confidently and are comfortable engaging with different stakeholders.
- Languages: You are fluent in English, enabling effective communication in an international environment. German language skills are an advantage but not required.
- Technical skills: You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Additional system knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
