Nanny / Childcare Educator / Childminder (m/f/d)

We are a family in Düsseldorf looking for an experienced, trustworthy nanny (m/f/d) — or alternatively a childcare educator or childminder — to care for two children (infant, 2 months; boy, 5 years). Flexible working hours on a part-time or full-time basis and a long-term working relationship are expressly desired. We offer a respectful, discreet environment with clear responsibilities and straightforward communication. The role focuses on the high-quality, educational care of our children — general housecleaning is not part of the position.

• Care for an infant (2 months) and a pre-school-age child (5 years)
• Planning and carrying out age-appropriate activities (play, crafts, reading aloud, outdoor exercise)
• Supporting the daily routine: meals, drop-off and pick-up situations
• Light organisational tasks related to the children (tidying up after activities, small preparations)
• Occasional evening childcare (with a supplement, by agreement)
• Travel companionship when needed (optional)

• Experience caring for infants and pre-school-age children (e.g. as a nanny or childminder); a pedagogical qualification (early childhood educator) is an advantage
• Responsible, reliable, discreet, and warm in dealing with children
• Good command of German or English
• Non-smoker
• Class B driving licence desirable
• Willingness to provide an extended background check (erweiteres Führungszeugnis) if required
