Global HR Business Partner (w/m/d)

• In this role you will mainly work on these four topics:
• Strategic Alignment throughout the global departments
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR strategies are in line with the global business objectives and act as a consultant to them
• Talent Management
• Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders
• Liaise with the local HR People Management on daily operative HR tasks
• Employee Engagement and Culture
• Foster a positive organizational culture that reflects the company's values and supports employee engagement across different countries and regions
• Change Management and Organizational Development
• Support change management initiatives
• Identify and address areas for improvement in organizational processes and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration - preferably with a focus on HR - or, for example, a degree in social sciences with knowledge of business administration. Furthermore this is important to us:
• A minimum of 8 - 10 years of professional experience in the role of HR Business Partner
• Experience in a strategically oriented role
• Strong interpersonal and team skills and intercultural competence
• Sound communication skills, diplomatic skills and assertiveness paired with cost awareness and a high level of commitment and initiative
• Fluency in English and German; knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP HR
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20 %)
• Affinity for process and digitalization topics
