Aufgaben
- We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Industry Marketing Professional to join our global Field Systems Marketing Communications team. This role is pivotal in shaping how we connect with, engage and deliver value to specific industry segments. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies that translate the power of our solutions into compelling, industry-specific value propositions.
- A key component of this role (approximately 50% of time allocation) will be dedicated to supporting the HHK software business as an integral part of Trimble’s cadastral solutions in the German market. You will own the overall marketing plan and brand for HHK, working to elevate the marketing and brand experience to the next level.
- Audience expertise: Develop a deep understanding of specific audience needs, pain points, motivations and purchasing journeys within assigned industry segments. This includes creating industry-specific personas or role definitions to guide all marketing efforts.
- Messaging & positioning: Collaborate with industry leads and product teams to define and maintain consistent, compelling audience messaging that resonates with the unique challenges and opportunities of each industry segment.
- Integrated campaigns: Plan and support the execution of strong, integrated marketing campaigns and programs, including:
- Content marketing: Drive the development of success stories, testimonials and thought leadership content tailored to industry needs.
- Digital marketing: Support industry-specific web pages and social media initiatives, ensuring optimal digital presence and user experience.
- Events & webinars: Plan and support industry-focused events, trade shows and webinars from concept to execution.
- Lead generation: Develop and support the execution of targeted campaigns designed to generate and nurture qualified leads, contributing directly to a strong sales pipeline for industry-specific solutions.
- HHK marcom leadership: Collaborate closely with the HHK management and sales teams to drive market presence and customer engagement. Own the overall marketing plan and brand strategy for the HHK business within the German market.
Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, PR).
- Minimum of 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within the technology, geospatial or software sectors.
- A strong understanding of how to translate technical product features into business benefits for specific industry audiences.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (fluent level in both is mandatory).
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including Sales, Product Management, external agencies and senior leadership.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
