To strengthen our team, we are offering the following temporary full-time position (40 hours per week) with a two-year fixed-term contract , starting on July 1, 2026 .
Quality & Data Specialist (m/f/x) - PIM & Master Data Management
In your future role, you work closely with the Quality & Data Expert as a member of the Quality team to support our Quality department in all our high standard operational technical service tasks within the framework of cross-functional collaboration.
Aufgaben
- Assist with maintaining the company’s internal PIM system, Salsify, to ensure high data quality: independently correct and clean data in accordance with defined standards as part of data lifecycle management
- Independently manage assets (product images) in the PIM system’s DAM for Sales and GS1 in collaboration with the graphics department
- Support for in-house GDSN publication according to GS1 standards and continuous monitoring of data quality
- Independent preparation of product specifications and handling of internal inquiries regarding finished goods
- Support in proofreading finished goods packaging materials in collaboration with the Brand and Legal teams
- Support in maintaining other databases
- Take on your own cross-functional projects to further develop our processes
Fähigkeiten
- A college degree or vocational training, ideally in the FMCG sector or with experience in data management
- First professional experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Experience in data management / product information management (PIM) and GDSN is desirable
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
- Data-oriented, reliable, with structured prioritization and time management skills
- Solid understanding of data flows and technical contexts
- High flexibility, ability to work in a team, independence, and drive
- Motivation and enjoyment of international/intercultural collaboration
- Excellent German skills and very good business English
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Resume in English
