Macnica ATD Europe is the European subsidiary of Macnica Inc., one of the largest global semiconductor distributors, founded in Yokohama, Japan, 1972. With more than 80 sales offices worldwide and a team of more than 3,600 specialists renowned for their technical strength, Macnica Inc. expanded into Europe in 2006, establishing its German headquarters, Macnica GmbH in 2008, and acquiring Scantec Mikroelektronik in 2014. In 2020, Macnica Inc. further strengthened its European presence by acquiring ATD Electronique, a French distributor specializing in machine vision components and imaging solutions. This fusion resulted in Macnica ATD Europe, which today offers comprehensive support throughout the product development process and distribution, building on its extensive global service network, including new AI Technology Solutions.
Aufgaben
- Placing and processing customer orders
- Monitoring deliveries, invoicing, and invoice verification
- Ship & Debit processing
- Handling RMAs
- Maintaining master data in CRM (SAP)
- Reporting to management
- Shared responsibility for the company's revenue growth and profitability
- Place of work: Ingolstadt, Germany / 2 days of home office per week possible
Fähigkeiten
- You should enjoy sales and dealing with customers
- Quick understanding of customer requests / specifications
- Good user knowledge of MS Office + ERP systems (SAP)
- Good manners, confident demeanor, ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
