The position:
Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner (f/m/d)
Location: Near Munich

Aufgaben

  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to C-level executives by proactively managing priorities and filtering distractions to ensure focus on high-stakes decision-making.
  • Coordinate global travel and complex schedules across multiple time zones to ensure seamless journeys and meeting arrangements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a confident interface for senior stakeholders and external partners, facilitating professional communication and strengthening key business relationships.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact events, ranging from executive briefings to large-scale, multi-day offsites, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Draft high-quality executive communications and briefings in fluent English, maintaining a rigorous standard for both presentation quality and confidentiality.
  • Drive structural and process improvement by optimizing office workflows and handling sensitive, confidential matters with absolute discretion.

Fähigkeiten

  • An MBA or a similar degree, for example, in business management, international business, or communications/public relations
  • (5+) years of experience as an executive or team assistant in a professional services environment (e.g., consulting, auditing, or advising), and a proven track record of supporting senior executives in high-performance settings
  • Experience with complex scheduling, travel coordination, and executive-level communication
  • Fluent English writing and speaking skills (additional German proficiency is a plus), paired with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including prioritization, anticipation, and independent work, as well as high accountability and a sense of responsibility in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism, sound judgment, and the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders and clients
