Aufgaben
- Primary point of contact for a portfolio of SMB restaurant partners in Southern Germany (100-150 partners) to ensure their success and expansion on Uber Eats
- Strategic account growth: retain and expand business, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, drive product adoption and location expansion initiatives
- Proactively identify opportunities to unlock additional revenue potential for partners and Uber Eats
- Risk mitigation & retention: identify partnership risks and act to ensure best possible partner experience, striving for 100% account retention
- Partner advocacy: collect and synthesise partner feedback and turn insights into actionable input for product and business roadmap
- Relationship building: cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key SMB restaurant partners and position Uber Eats as their preferred/exclusive delivery platform
- Account planning: build long-term growth and marketing plans with partners via regular business reviews and data analysis
- Visit partners onsite and negotiate exclusive deals
Fähigkeiten
- 4+ years of experience in strategic and operating B2B client-facing roles (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management) or upper management in retail/food industry
- Experience navigating the complete customer lifecycle, including prospecting within existing client organizations
- Negotiation skills: constructing high-potential deals, calculating offers, professional pitching and negotiating under competitive pressure
- Proactive, autonomous self-starter able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: articulate value propositions, address objections, overcome obstacles, secure partner commitment
- Willingness to work closely with high-value partners to achieve quarterly and annual revenue, retention and adoption targets
- Strategic and analytical thinking: analyze restaurant needs, problem-solve creatively, identify new opportunities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize based on impact
- Preferred: CRM proficiency (Salesforce a significant plus)
- Preferred: Proficient in Google Suite, able to create dashboards and presentations
