1. Junior Consultant (m/f/d)

We are a boutique strategy consultancy focused exclusively on social impact and sustainability . We work with leading companies, public institutions, foundations and NGOs in Germany and globally.
For our growing team, we are looking for Germany-based Junior Consultants (m/f/d) to drive client engagements across our focus topics of Sustainability, Tech for Good, Cross-Sector Partnerships, Finance for Impact, and Impact Management .

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, based on client and public data and information, under the guidance of senior colleagues
• Development of presentations or documents with qualitative and quantitative results of own analyses as well as implications and recommen­dations for action, under the guidance of senior colleagues
• Assistance in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops in digital formats or face-to-face formats
• Assistance in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of client appointments as well as communication with clients within the scope of the responsibilities in the project
• Structuring and planning of own work; Independent implementation in coordination with Project Leaders
• Collaboration with other team members

• Demonstrated passion,and commitment to working on societal challenges
• First, practical experience (<1 year) in one of the following areas, e.g., through internships:
• Strategy consulting (top-tier consulting experience is a plus), or
• Working on societal challenges with reputable impact organisations, or
• Academic research experience (e.g., as a doctoral candidate or a research assistant)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or transferable work experience
• Structured thinking, analytical and communication skills
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn and passion to contribute to a strong team culture
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with German and French considered an asset
• Based in Berlin (or willing to relocate to Berlin)
