Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

  • As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a highly ambitious Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Hamburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to grow alongside a company with big ambitions.
  • This is an individual contributor position, reporting directly to our newly promoted and forward-thinking Head of Key Account Management. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our international distribution partners across approximately 30 countries.
  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with international distribution partners (Alliance Management)
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring mutual success and compliance
  • Collaborate with partners across various cultures, adapting communication and approach accordingly
  • Occasionally travel to meet partners and support relationship development
  • Handle the details and complexity of partner contracts and commercial agreements
  • Operate with autonomy while working closely with the Head of Key Account Management to deliver strategic outcomes

Fähigkeiten

  • Full-time residence in Hamburg (required)
  • Fluency in both German and English (required)
  • Several years of dedicated experience in key account management or similar roles
  • Contracting experience is a plus
  • A resilient, agile mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to building scalable processes
  • Proven negotiation skills and confidence in managing international stakeholders
  • Enjoys working independently but thrives within a collaborative and growing team
