For our Global Sales Team we are looking for the next possible date for an

Area Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Sales responsibility across all Senseca business units within a sub-region in Southern Germany. You will be based at home or at one of our Bavarian sites. Ideally, you will be based in Southern Germany.

Aufgaben

  • Acts as single point of contacts to all customers of the assigned territory
  • Add value as a member of the International Sales Team to increase sales to achieve the company’s corporate and Business Units’ strategies.
  • Professional analysis of markets/customers and derivation/realization of appropriate sales activities to profitably increase sales in existing and new countries, cross-BU
  • Competent contribution of business skills and technical know-how and sustainable experience in sales of all products in an international environment
  • Ensuring proper and lawful business operations in compliance with the necessary business conduct and compliance rules

Fähigkeiten

  • Open and energetic mindset for efficient collaboration in cross country teams
  • Degree and/or experience in electrical engineering or related field (measurement and sensor technology)
  • professional experience in working in a partner landscape (Resellers, Distributors, System Integrators)
  • Intercultural understanding especially within Asia Pacific countries (best even with a related network coming by)
  • Proven success in setting up and managing strategic sales activities
  • Comprehensive end-to-end business understanding
  • Fluent English
