• · Overall responsibility for transportation operations of Hankook business (Magdeburg & Bodenheim)
• · Act as the primary operational contact for transport-related topics
• · Manage inbound (port/warehouse) and outbound (customer delivery) transport flows
• · Ensure compliance with delivery slots, RDD, and customer requirements
• · Monitor KPIs (OTD, cost, utilization) and drive corrective actions
• · Manage carrier performance and handle escalations
• · Optimize transport cost and efficiency (mode selection, consolidation)
• · Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, Finance, IT, HQ)
• · Lead operational reviews and support data-driven decision making
• · Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
• · Ensure smooth daily operation and issue resolutionSupport implementation of process improvements, automation and standardization initiatives
• · Ensure continue improvement through feedback loops with customers

• Experience: 5–10+ years in transport / logistics operations
• Transport planning (FTL/LTL), KPI management, carrier management, European distribution network
• Ability to manage operational data and KPIs into actionable insights
• Customer-specific logistics operations experience
• Handling complex operational escalations
• Experience with TMS/WMS systems (Cello preferred)
