Aufgaben
- What Makes This Role Great: This position serves as the essential connective tissue between software developers, operations, sales, and executive stakeholders to ensure transparency across the NextGen project. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the future go-to-market strategy by synthesizing diverse internal viewpoints into a unified commercial direction, challenging existing frameworks to ensure market fit and building deep trust across the organization while navigating the transition from legacy systems to cutting-edge technology.
- Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration between technical developers and sales teams to ensure the NextGen solution is commercially "ready-to-sell" and aligns with market needs.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships at all levels, including C-level, to create transparency and drive alignment on strategic priorities.
- Drive the commercial roll-out and go-to-market strategy by integrating various internal perspectives into a cohesive launch plan and defining the strategic narrative for our Sales Enablement teams to create high-impact toolkits.
- Orchestrate comprehensive "Field Enablement" plans, ensuring that not only Sales but all supporting functions are aligned and equipped to support the NextGen ecosystem.
- Ensure "Sales Readiness" by translating complex NextGen capabilities into clear value propositions and guiding the creation of sales assets that empower our frontline to win.
- Design migration paths that transition legacy users to new platform services while maintaining high levels of customer retention and maximizing long-term value.
- Analyze the reliability of cross-departmental feedback to refine product positioning and ensure the solution is ready for real-world application.
- Act as a strategic partner to Product Management to validate and, where necessary, challenge pricing models and value propositions based on market reality.
Fähigkeiten
- Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Go-To-Market strategies. Strong background in Software/Tech, with additional experience in Logistics being highly valued to effectively translate technical features into commercial value.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across different functions (Engineering, Sales, Operations).
- Experience in guiding cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales Enablement) to execute a unified GTM vision.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and connection within a complex, multi-layered organization.
- Bonus Points For:
- Proficiency in the German language would be appreciated, but NOT mandatory.
- Deep understanding of the Transportation and Logistics sector, as a plus
- Experience navigating the "grey area" between technical roadmaps and commercial execution.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel as needed for stakeholder alignment and project milestones.
