Aufgaben
- In the role as Global Head of Knowledge Hub, you manage and integrate organizational units to transform distributed expertise into a well-structured, inspection-ready, and decision-driving global knowledge system. At the same time, you effectively engage with global regulatory authorities, scientific organizations, and industry networks to ensure visibility, strengthen collaboration, and maintain strategic influence.
- Strategic Leadership & Knowledge Hub Development
- Lead and develop the Knowledge Hub organization with full disciplinary and functional responsibility, including resource allocation, budget planning, and serving as the central escalation point for all knowledge-related matters.
- Global Strategy & Governance Frameworks
- Define and drive the global Knowledge Hub strategy, including long-term priorities, governance models, and strategic roadmaps to strengthen knowledge management and regulatory intelligence capabilities.
- Knowledge Integration & Functional Alignment
- Oversee the integration of the Audit & Inspection Management Group and the Science Intelligence Group, ensuring structured capture, governance, and deployment of organizational knowledge across functions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Escalation Management
- Ensure alignment across Therapeutic Product Teams and Enabling Functions, act as the primary interface for escalations, and manage outsourced activities within the Knowledge Hub ecosystem.
- Regulatory Intelligence & Knowledge Dissemination
- Ensure systematic screening, evaluation, and dissemination of regulatory guidelines and scientific intelligence relevant to RA, QA, and PV, enabling informed and timely decision-making.
- External Representation & Network Management
- Engage with global regulatory authorities, scientific organizations, and industry networks, representing the company in external forums, working groups, and conferences to maintain visibility and influence.

- What sets you apart:
- Academic Qualification & Professional ExperienceMaster’s degree in a natural science combined with more than 10 years of professional experience in a regulated GxP environment, including significant leadership responsibility.
- Leadership & Organizational Management
- More than 10 years of proven experience leading complex, cross-functionally networked organizations with disciplinary and functional accountability across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Regulatory Intelligence & Knowledge Management Expertise
- Deep expertise in knowledge management, regulatory intelligence, audit & inspection management, and policy shaping across GxP domains (GMP, GDP, GVP, GCP).
- Strategic & Analytical Competence
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex scientific and regulatory developments into structured, actionable knowledge and governance frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement & External Representation
- Extensive experience interacting with global regulatory bodies and representing organizations in scientific and regulatory forums at international level.
- Communication & Influence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to operate effectively in politically sensitive, multi-level organizational environments.
