• Strategic Leadership & Global Execution
• Translate the VP Global Science strategy into international operational plans and ensure consistent execution across all science affiliates.
• International Collaboration & Process Integration
• Foster global affiliate collaboration to ensure integrated end-to-end processes, risk visibility, effective communication, and timely reporting across all regions.
• Scientific Stakeholder & Partnership Management
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with scientific institutions, regulatory authorities, and international partners to strengthen the global affiliate network and scientific collaboration.
• Governance, Compliance & Quality Management
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements while supporting the adaptation of global quality management systems to local needs.
• Project, Budget & Performance Management
• Oversee international scientific projects, including budget planning, performance tracking, and implementation of strategic adjustments to achieve business objectives.
• Market, Technology & Trend Analysis
• Monitor scientific and technological trends and provide strategic recommendations to support future business and innovation initiatives.
• Knowledge Sharing & Cross-Cultural Collaboration
• Implement effective knowledge-sharing structures and support international teams in addressing cultural and operational challenges within scientific initiatives.

• Academic Qualification & Scientific Expertise
• Master’s degree in a natural science discipline combined with extensive experience in international scientific and innovation-driven environments.
• Leadership & Organizational Management
• More than 10 Years proven leadership experience managing larger teams within complex, cross-functional, and global organizations.
• Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop, evaluate, and implement fundamentally different concepts and solutions in uncertain and dynamic environments.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build and manage political and cross-cultural relationships at an international level.
• Partnership & Commercialization Expertise
• Experience in securing funding, managing strategic partnerships, and driving the commercialization of innovative technologies and scientific solutions.
