Aufgaben

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership in an international business environment
  • Coordinate schedules across multiple time zones and keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Prepare presentations, meeting documents, briefings, and executive correspondence in English
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, advisors, and senior business partners
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and offsites, including logistics, agenda coordination, and follow-up
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, track priorities and deadlines, and support improvements to administrative workflows where needed

Fähigkeiten

  • Preferably a degree in business administration, international business, communications, law, or a similar field
  • Several years (5+) of experience as an Executive or Partner Assistant in professional services, private equity, or a comparable demanding business environment (e.g., consulting, auditing, law firms, or advisory); experience working abroad is highly preferred
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and confidence in handling complex scheduling and travel coordination
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presence when interacting with senior stakeholders
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail, combined with the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and remain calm under pressure
