Sales Assistant to the Board

This is a seat right next to our Board, learning how B2B software is actually sold — not from a textbook, but in the room where deals are won. We are Dr. Jung & Partner — makers of LASTRADA, the leading system for construction-materials quality assurance, used in more than 20 countries. For this seat we don't hire finished salespeople. We grow them — so you'll take on real responsibility faster here than you could almost anywhere else, as quickly as you're ready for it.

• You'll work side by side with our Board on live deals — seeing how customers are won and how decisions get made, and taking on real work from day one: client communications, proposals, meeting preparation
• You'll run the engine room of our sales — keeping our CRM and pipeline clean, accurate and moving — the backbone that lets a small, focused team punch well above its weight
• You'll grow into our field — quality assurance for construction materials — until you can advise prospective clients yourself, standard in hand when a question calls for it
• You'll lend us a personal voice on LinkedIn in service of the pipeline, across our international markets (UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and DACH)
• You'll take on more ownership as you earn it — first the engine room, then parts of the process on your own, then deals you carry yourself

• You're drawn to technical detail — standards, specifications and numbers interest you rather than put you off. This is the one thing the role stands or falls on
• You're reliable: you do what you said, by when. The engine room depends on it
• Clear, structured writing and a natural feel for communicating with people
• You reach naturally for modern tools and AI to work faster and smarter
• Fluent in English (our customer markets are international); German is a plus
• Based in Berlin or open to relocating
