Aufgaben
- Responsible implementation of the global quality and environmental policy in the entire area of the Loader Cranes product line
- Management of quality and compliance activities within the scope of development projects
- Maintaining and further developing quality and safety standards during the development process (PDP) and the entire product life cycle
- Accompanying the Q-Circle in the global Loader Cranes product line, tracking topics according to the 8D method, and involving all departments in the improvement process
- Management of internal interfaces and technical support for the further development and expansion of the existing claim management
Fähigkeiten
- Completed technical education (TU/FH/HTL) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable area
- Experience and application knowledge of common quality management methods (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Ishikawa, 5Why, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in international quality management or training in quality management according to ISO 9001, as well as in project and/or process management, is an advantage
- Strong initiative, communication skills, and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite; further foreign language skills are an advantage
