Senior Resilience Officer (IT Service Continuity Management) (f/m/d)

For our Department Digital-Security , we are looking for a Senior Resilience Officer (IT Service Continuity Management) (f/m/d) . The position is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg , Germany, and reports to the position Lead Business Continuity Manager.

You will be part of our growing Security team and support in developing and implementing our global Business & IT Service Continuity Management Program.

• YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
• Developing and improving governance and frameworks for IT Service Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery.
• Conducting Risk Assessments and Business Impact Analyses to identify critical services and dependencies.
• Supporting departments and sites in designing, maintaining, and continuously improving Business and IT Service Continuity Plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations during emergencies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to test and refine Continuity Plans through regular exercises and simulations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

• YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Proven experience (> 5 years) in Business and IT Service Continuity, Backup and Recovery, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, or IT/Infrastructure Operations within an international corporate environment.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in the areas of Infrastructure and Operational Technology Security is a plus.
• Strong understanding of relevant standards and regulations related to Business Continuity and Information Security (including NIS-2, NIST, ITIL, ISO 22301, ISO 27031, BSI 200-4 etc.).
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, including emergencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, good German skills are a plus.
