Medicaroid Europe GmbH is a Japanese medical device company that was founded in 2013 as a joint venture of Kawasaki Heavy Industries and medical diagnostics solution provider Sysmex Corporation.

Hinotori, Medicaroid's state-of-the-art robotic-assisted surgery system is currently approved in Japan, Singapore and Malaysia for procedures in urology, gynecology, thoracic and general surgery. hinotori was developed using surgeon feedback and Kawasaki’s decades of experience in optimizing human-machine interaction in industrial robots.

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and exceptional people to join our European headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany, which was founded in 2020.

Aufgaben

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads and awareness.
  • Manage and grow our organic digital activities, including social media (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube) and content distribution, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our digital presence, leveraging SEO/SEA best practices to maximize visibility and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Communications to align digital initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives such as events, press activities, or content projects as needed.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and innovations, particularly in B2B and regulated industries.

Fähigkeiten

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in online/digital marketing, ideally in B2B or healthcare-related industries.
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid media advertising and campaign reporting.
  • Experience managing organic channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, social media content strategies) and community engagement.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEA best practices and their application in digital media campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
  • Team player, open to supporting diverse marketing initiatives beyond digital campaigns.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German (or other language skills) is a plus.
