  • ## Your Challenge
  • Responsibility (Product Owner) for all Processes managed in SAP SF Employee Central or in associated digital tools
  • Act as a master data expert in all HR digitalization initiatives and consult Global HR Process Owners in data quality and data strategy matters
  • Support global experts in reaching the next level of professionalism by continuously improving SAP SF Employee Central and deriving valuable insights for strategic decision making from available data
  • Analysis of complex data sets from different countries and derivation of recommendations for action, considering local requirements
  • Integral member of the HR Digitalization & Tools team as a SF EC Product Owner, steering and consulting the Global HR Process Owners and closely cooperating with IT and other stakeholders in various HR Digitalization Projects
  • Leading further development and implementation of all regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. HR data security), governance and quality requirements as an interface to all digitalization initiatives

Fähigkeiten

  • ## Your Profile
  • Education: Successfully completed University degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors EC in a multinational environment, HR Systems & Data or a similar role
  • Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Employee Central
  • Proven experience in data migration projects in SuccessFactors EC
  • Strong skills in project and process management
  • Languages: Excellent English skills; German is a plus
  • Personality:
  • Analytical thinking and strong data affinity
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Excellent communication skills
