Aufgaben
- Take full ownership of sales activities across Germany, focusing on larger customers and strategic accounts.
- Manage contracts and daily operations with German clients.
- Foster strong collaboration with our customer service office in Eisenach.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small, dedicated sales team, playing the role of coach and team lead.
- Identify and grow business with both existing and new customers, especially within the International Trading Groups (ITGs) and their members.
- Spend the majority of work time on the road with customers.
Fähigkeiten
- Is a native German speaker, currently living in Northern Germany.
- Has a strong background in the automotive aftermarket, especially in sales to ITGs.
- Brings solid Key Account Management experience with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Speaks English at a professional level, enabling confident collaboration across our international organization.
- Demonstrates commercial insight, customer-centric thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by shared success.
