Aufgaben
- Full responsibility for the technical development and stable operation of the JobNinja web platform.
- Lead, coach, and expand a small, motivated development team.
- Actively participate in daily operations: hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical support on complex topics.
- Translate business requirements into technical concepts and prioritized projects.
- Balance operational execution with strategic development – ensuring clear priorities and communication.
- Drive automation, efficiency, and rapid implementation – development speed matters at JobNinja, without compromising stability.
- Collaborate closely with management and other departments to achieve shared goals.
Fähigkeiten
- Several years of experience managing web platforms (Full Stack) – both in development and operations.
- Solid knowledge of most of our tech stack: Python (Flask), JavaScript/React (Next.js), databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis), cloud hosting (AWS, Vercel, Heroku), CI/CD (including observability).
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
- Strong communication skills (in English and German), with the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions.
- Experience in team building, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
- Bonus skills: experience with AI integration, API management, SEO, or web performance optimization.
