Aufgaben
- International Customer Contact: You will be the first point of contact for both domestic and international customers, providing competent and friendly service.
- Technical Processing: You will handle complex processes with technical finesse and a calm demeanour.
- Creating Offers: From the initial offer to follow-up, you will keep track and ensure smooth operations.
- Order Management and Invoicing: You will manage orders, review invoices, and ensure timely billing.
- Material Management: Whether it is incoming goods or material handling, you will always have everything under control.
- Phone Support: When issues arise, you will coordinating quick solutions.
- General Office Tasks: You will keep the office running smoothly and ensure perfect organization.
Fähigkeiten
- Commercial Training: You have successfully completed your training and ideally have some initial work experience.
- Computer Skills: You are comfortable working with common office software.
- English and Mandarin Skills: Your language skills, both written and spoken, are solid and practical. German skills are an advantage.
- Independence and Team Spirit: You work conscientiously and independently, but you are also a team player.
- Flexibility: You are open to new tasks and challenges.
