Aufgaben

  • Proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent, creative outbound strategies and by leveraging your professional network.
  • Own the Swiss market with confidence, managing the full sales cycle – from engaging qualified leads to confidently closing impactful deals.
  • Dive deep into each client's business landscape to uncover challenges and deliver solutions that drive real results, fostering enduring partnerships.
  • Work closely with Sales Campaign Managers, BDRs, your Team Lead, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure every new client experiences a smooth transition and immediate value realization.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, responding swiftly and effectively to prospect and new client needs to exceed their expectations.
  • Consistently achieve and strive to exceed your quarterly revenue targets by securing new business and amplifying opportunities within your newly acquired accounts.

Fähigkeiten

  • You have gained strong commercial insights through 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • You know how to spark conversations, build instant rapport, and confidently engage decision-makers – including C-level executives.
  • You combine sharp problem-solving skills with a deep curiosity to understand customer needs and turn insights into impactful solutions.
  • You take initiative, stay motivated under pressure, and keep pushing forward – even when facing 'no.'
  • You’re positive, professional, and energized by change, embracing feedback and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving sales environment.
  • You speak Swiss German at a native level and possess fluent English skills, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
