We’re looking for a proactive and creative Working Student HR – Office Management & Social Media / Employer Branding to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll focus on office management activities as well as social media and employer branding initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination of office-related tasks while contributing to the company’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
Aufgaben
- Support the HR team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Handle incoming parcels and distribute mail (physical and email)
- Coordinate office-related tasks
- Support the organization of internal events
- Create and prepare social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Conduct employee spotlights/interviews and support employer branding initiatives
- Assist with updates for employer branding and internal communication activities
- Provide support during internal events and HR initiatives
- Be present in the Hamburg office 2–3 days per week
Fähigkeiten
- Enrollment as a university student (preferably in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related fields)
- Fluent German and English skills
- Interest in HR operations, office management, and social media/employer branding
- Creative mindset; initial experience with social media content creation is a plus
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are beneficial
- Service-minded, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Availability of approx. 20 hours per week; on-site presence in Hamburg required 2–3 days per week
