Aufgaben
- Lead the technical sales of our scientific products, building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborate with our engineering team to provide customized solutions.
- Foster relationships with sales partners worldwide, helping to shape annual sales targets and achieve growth goals.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, manage order processing, and work alongside our technical support team to address customer needs.
- Organize and conduct client visits, demos, product presentations, and represent us at trade fairs and conferences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets for our products.
- Use the CRM system to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on sales progress.
Fähigkeiten
- Degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Physics, Engineering, Photonics, Metrology), or equivalent experience in industrial engineering with a strong technical background.
- Proven track record of selling complex, technically advanced products to international customers.
- Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
- A proactive, team-oriented personality with the drive to work autonomously and take ownership of your projects.
- Occasional travel to engage with clients and attend industry events.
- Strong skills in MS Office/LibreOffice; experience with tools like InDesign, GIMP, or Photoshop is a plus.
