- ## Your mission
- As a customer support specialist at Ableton, you'll be part of a diverse, international team that includes many musicians and experienced Live users. Your mission is to uphold Ableton's reputation for attentive, customer-focused support.
- ## Your responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to users via email
- Assist customers with sales and account-related inquiries through email
- Work closely with various teams across Ableton to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in dedicated workgroups

- Success in this role requires strong self-motivation, the ability to view challenges from the customer's perspective, and a genuine interest in enhancing the overall Ableton user experience.
- We're seeking a new team member with solid knowledge of Ableton Live and a passion for music technology. You should have prior customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in either French, Spanish, or German.
- You bring a solid understanding of Ableton Live and feel at home working with audio hardware, software, and troubleshooting on macOS and/or Windows.
- You have a background in customer service and are comfortable working with customer support platforms.
- Your written and spoken communication skills are excellent in English and in either French, Spanish, or German (approx. C1 level).
- You approach challenges with a service-oriented mindset and naturally consider situations from the customer's point of view.
- You thrive in collaborative environments while maintaining an independent, proactive, and solution-focused working style.
- You have the ability to work efficiently - especially during periods of high demand
