Aufgaben
- Directly responsible to the management board of the company, aiming for constant growth in turnover and profit in the Benelux markets.
- Organize and execute customer visits, compile visit reports, and maintain CRM data.
- Provide targeted advice to customers and management based on technical and selling skills.
- Establish new contacts with existing and potential customers and explore new market segments.
- Observe markets and collect information about technical and price developments regarding competition.
- Draft marketing and sales plans, and suggest advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Handle complaints to ensure customer and supplier satisfaction.
- Provide technical advice to customers with the support of the application laboratory.
- Calculate sales prices.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and cooperation partners.
- Willingness to travel within and outside the sales area and attend training courses.
Fähigkeiten
- Very good market knowledge in the sales area and application knowledge.
- Strong chemical and technical knowledge.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Additional language skills in French and/or German are helpful but not mandatory.
- Very good commercial know-how with a convincing and positive appearance.
- Based in BENELUX or close to the border in adjacent countries.
