Aufgaben

  • Managing office operations including reception, mail handling, switchboard, and general office organization
  • Supporting facility management, including coordination of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, cleaning, recycling, suppliers)
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and access control systems
  • Organizing meetings and company events
  • Supporting procurement and accounting (purchasing and invoice processing)
  • Organizing and managing guest apartments
  • Ensuring the proper condition of office spaces (regular floor walks)

Fähigkeiten

  • Completed vocational training in office communication, office management, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in office/facility management or the hospitality industry
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills, quick comprehension, and a hands-on mentality
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High service orientation, friendliness, and team spirit
  • Enjoy working in an environment that involves regular movement within the building
