Aufgaben
- Managing office operations including reception, mail handling, switchboard, and general office organization
- Supporting facility management, including coordination of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, cleaning, recycling, suppliers)
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and access control systems
- Organizing meetings and company events
- Supporting procurement and accounting (purchasing and invoice processing)
- Organizing and managing guest apartments
- Ensuring the proper condition of office spaces (regular floor walks)
Fähigkeiten
- Completed vocational training in office communication, office management, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in office/facility management or the hospitality industry
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, quick comprehension, and a hands-on mentality
- Proficient in MS Office
- High service orientation, friendliness, and team spirit
- Enjoy working in an environment that involves regular movement within the building
