Aufgaben
- As part of the overall Marketing organization, you’ll help shape pricing strategies that build customer lifetime value and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing investments to essentially drive long term profitable growth. With each initiative, you’ll play a key role in creating connections with millions of customers, positioning Delivery Hero as a leader in the market.
- Jointly with your Pricing Manager, perform market and pricing analysis and develop actionable insights and recommendations to enhance pricing performance
- You create A/B test plans and manage them end to end - incl. implementation, analysis and communication
- You monitor the performance of pricing initiatives, take ownership and proactively address opportunities to ensure a positive P&L impact
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of professionals with domain expertise in the fields of Commercial, Data and Product & Engineering. This includes supporting the development of our best-in-class dynamic pricing tool
- Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools - consuming diverse data sources - to support pricing decision-making
- Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional Pricing teams to ensure smooth collaboration as well as regular knowledge exchange
Fähigkeiten
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess pricing performance and develop actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, analysis, and decision support.
- 2–4 years of experience in a data-driven role within Pricing, Revenue Management, or a related analytical function.
- Proven ability to communicate complex pricing concepts clearly and influence cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and dashboard development (e.g., Tableau or similar BI tools).
- Hands-on experience across multiple markets and with the rollout of new pricing strategies or tools.
