Coloplast Distribution GmbH acts as the umbrella organization for the European logistics of Coloplast A/S, a Danish manufacturer of medical products with over 12,000 employees worldwide. Coloplast develops and distributes products for ostomy, continence and wound care, skin care and urology. In addition, Coloplast offers homecare services in Germany.

We are searching for an experienced Specialist Quality & EHS to support developing, implementing, and improving our QEHS management system. This full-time position, with a weekly working time of 38.5 hours, is part of the global Quality & EHS team, based in our Distribution Centre EDC, Hamburg, reporting directly to the Head of Quality & EHS. We aim to fill this position as soon as possible, preferably at our Hamburg-Allermöhe location; alternatively, hiring in our branches in France, Italy, or Spain is also an option.

Aufgaben

  • Be part of the Quality & EHS team in the global supply chain, contri­buting to the enhance­ment and support of management programs at multiple sites glo­bally accor­ding to require­ments.
  • Provide advisory and support on Quality & EHS matters within the global supply chain, assis­ting in internal and exter­nal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001).
  • Participate in the network and gover­nance activities by assisting in run­ning the Quality & EHS net­work and rein­forcing gover­nance structures.
  • Focus on trai­ning and pro­cess ownership, inclu­ding developing, conduc­ting, and tracking Quality & EHS trai­ning while acting as the local pro­cess owner.
  • Engage in pro­ject leadership and support, lea­ding Quality & EHS pro­jects and suppor­ting opera­tional initiatives from a quality stand­point.
  • Manage responsi­bilities related to reporting and inspec­tion, crea­ting KPI reports and over­seeing in­coming goods inspections of CM products in accor­dance with the service level agree­ment.

Fähigkeiten

  • Hold a degree in economics, logistics, enginee­ring or a related field, equipped with hands-on experience and con­fidence in suppor­ting audits and compliance acti­vities across multiple sites under inter­national standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 45001.
  • Successfully support stakeholders at the multi-site level through a struc­tured approach to gover­nance, training, and reporting, while managing pro­cesses and initia­tives that drive conti­nuous improvement.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong back­ground in Quality & Environ­mental, Health and Safety (EHS) management systems and basic know­ledge of using Veeva and MS Office.
  • Possess good communication and stake­holder manage­ment skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and advi­sing stakeholders on Quality & EHS matters.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of pro­cesses, enjoying work on both stra­tegic pro­jects and operational tasks, with fluency in English and addi­tional language skills as an advantage.
