- Summary of the Position:
- We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) based in HamburgGermany, who provides essential administrative and organizational support to ensure seamless office operations, manages communications and documentation, coordinates meetings and visitors, and assists the Office Management in key operational processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for daily administrative and organizational tasks
- Ensure smooth office operations, including correspondence handling and invoice review
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, templates, and workshop documentation
- Welcome and host visitors
- Manage switchboard, mail processing, and delivery handling
- Coordinate meeting rooms and catering services
- Support the Office Manager with reporting, accounting, and office supply management
Fähigkeiten
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
- At least two years' experience in a comparable administrative role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality
- Business-level proficiency in German and English
- Strong MS Office skills
