Aufgaben

  • overseeing operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Writing duty rosters and managing staff schedules.
  • Conducting staff training sessions to maintain high standards and ensure consistency.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Optimizing production and storage processes for efficiency.
  • Hiring and training new employees to maintain a strong team.
  • Championing brand standards and ensuring all food is cooked to specification.
  • Leading the team to deliver top-quality standards consistently on every shift.
  • Supporting the training and development of team members to foster growth and improvement.
  • Assisting with stock control and ordering to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Fähigkeiten

  • Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know!)
  • 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef
  • Experience in managing a kitchen team
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Be a role model in delivering food quality and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work morning shifts as required.
  • Be a good communicator, so that the shift runs like clockwork
