Aufgaben

  • In this role, you will take ownership of our strategic partner ecosystem with a strong focus on software integrations and technology partnerships. You will identify, onboard, and develop partners that complement and enhance our software suite, while closely aligning with Product, Engineering, and Sales. Your work will directly influence our platform strategy, partner roadmap, and market positioning.
  • Strategic Partner Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and acquire new technology, integration, and ecosystem partners
  • Design and execute structured onboarding processes for new partners
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships on both a technical and strategic level
  • Define clear cooperation models, roles, and responsibilities with partners
  • Partner Roadmap Ownership:
  • Own and drive the partner roadmap for software integrations and ecosystem connectivity
  • Prioritize partner requirements, technical features, and market needs in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales
  • Ensure alignment between partner strategy and overall product roadmap
  • Market Analysis & Partner Categorization:
  • Continuously analyze markets and technologies in the fields of unmanned systems, sensor technology, automation, and complementary software solutions
  • Evaluate and categorize partners (e.g. technology partners, solution providers, OEMs, software vendors, system integrators)
  • Derive strategic recommendations for portfolio development and long-term focus areas
  • Operational Partner Management:
  • Set up, negotiate, and maintain partner agreements, SLAs, and technical integration contracts
  • Accompany and coordinate technical integrations together with Engineering and Product Management
  • Track progress, measure outcomes, and actively manage partner-related projects

Fähigkeiten

  • Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in Product Management, Partner Management, Ecosystem Management, or Technology Business Development
  • Experience or strong interest in unmanned systems (UxS), robotics, IoT, or middleware architectures is a plus
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical topics and translate them into strategic concepts
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
  • Structured, analytical, and proactive working style
  • Confident use of product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, NetSuite, or HubSpot
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
