We have an exciting opportunity for a French speaking, Customer Service Representative, to join our team at our European Head Office in Raunheim, Germany.

The role:

As French Speaking, Customer Service Representative , you will manage customer accounts to deliver an excellent service level to all our customers, including the French market. You will be pro-active in ensuring we “put the customer first” and always maintain a professional approach.

Aufgaben

  • Key duties:
  • Call handling and direct contact with the customer
  • Entering orders and managing order fulfilment
  • Communicating with customers on status of their orders and back orders
  • Chasing missing lines on orders for an update
  • Raising invoice and credits for customers
  • Ensuring all products to be returned to the customer (or shipped to a 3rd party) have all necessary paperwork and managed by logistics team in a timely manner
  • Supporting the aftercare tasks with demos and loan products, and booking of customer product returns, repairs and servicing.

  • To be considered for this French Speaking, Customer Service Representative role, you will have the following:
  • Essential skills
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written
  • B2 Level German speaker
  • Computer literate and numerate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail
