Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics , created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model .

Quantum Systems specialises in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). The company’s range of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) sUAS are built to maximize range and versatility and to provide operators with a seamless user experience. By integrating cutting-edge software capabilities, like edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing, Quantum Systems is building next-generation UAS for clients in defence, security, public sectors.

Aufgaben

  • As a Talent Acquisition Manager in the Joint Venture environment, you will play a key role in building and scaling our recruiting organization. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process for several legally independent entities, develop efficient recruiting processes, and be regularly on site to work closely with local teams, hiring managers, and leadership. This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic organizational build-up.
  • End-to-end ownership of recruiting across multiple Joint Venture
  • Build, standardize, and continuously improve recruiting and HR processes
  • Close collaboration with managing directors, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Operational HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, offboarding)
  • Drafting and managing employment contracts and supporting labor-related topics
  • Establish HR reporting, KPIs, and management insights

Fähigkeiten

  • Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR, ideally in fast-growing, technology-driven organizations
  • Proven experience in building recruiting structures, processes, or new organizational units is a strong plus
  • High willingness to travel within Germany and enjoy working across multiple locations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align and moderate diverse requirements
  • Structured, independent, and pragmatic working style with a hands-on mindset
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident use of ATS, sourcing tools, recruiting platforms, and data-driven reporting
  • Communication in English and German is a matter of course for you.
