Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for GNSS chipsets, modules, data services, and automotive antennas.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the high-performing sales team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key accounts, OEMs, and major channel partners.
  • Hold full responsibility for achieving sales targets, budgetary objectives, and revenue metrics across the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with global R&D, product development, and marketing teams to align market needs with our technology roadmap.
  • Oversee key contract negotiations and ensure superior customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Provide regular sales performance reporting and strategic updates to senior management.

Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Geomatics, Information technology, Business Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in B2B technical sales within the semiconductor, GNSS/positioning, or related high-tech industries.
  • A demonstrable track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, managing teams and complex sales cycles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region.
  • Understanding of GNSS products (RTK/PPP experience highly valued), chipset/module technologies, and data services.
  • Understanding of Automotive electronic structure is a plus.
  • Sales experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers and procurements.
  • Fluency in English and German are essential.
