• As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition Analytics, you will support our Talent Acquisition team for BCG’s Consulting Team in Central Europe. You will help us turn data into insights that guide our hiring decisions and improve our recruiting processes.
• Your tasks will include the following:
• Supporting in planning, executing, and monitoring analytics projects
• Preparing weekly and monthly reporting packages and ensuring data quality
• Carrying out database analyses for different stakeholders
• Conducting research and supporting controlling activities using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI)
• Assisting with ongoing process improvements and contributing to various administrative activities
• ### YOU’LL WORK WITH
• You will join the Talent Acquisition team for Central Europe. Your supervisor will help you get started and develop your skills, and you will work closely with colleagues who will share their experience and support you in your daily tasks.

• You are enrolled full-time in an economics, finance, analytics, AI, or related program at a higher-education institution.
• If you’re from another field, you are also welcome to apply if you have a strong interest in analytics and HR.
• Experience in analytics or controlling is a plus but not required.
• You are proficient in MS Office; experience with Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
• You have excellent German and very good English skills.
• No prior experience in strategy consulting is needed.
