Aufgaben
- ## Mission
- In order to keep pace with its strong growth in Germany, Bridor is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (M/W) in South Germany who will be based in the distribution area Bavaria (home office).
- Reporting to the Sales Manager Germany, your main missions are :
- Be responsible for implementing the sales strategy of the network under your management (foodservice and bakeries) and in accordance with Bridor's sales and marketing policy, in a sector with strong development potential.
- Develop and monitor the customer portfolio.
- Seek out new accounts and ensure compliance with sector agreements.
- Develop the current product range and propose new products according to each customer's needs.
- Collect and monitor information on the foodservice and bakery markets in its area of responsibility.
- Prepare for and participate in trade shows.
Fähigkeiten
- With a background in business management or commerce, you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role in the food and/or catering sector, ideally for top-of-the-range products and well-known brands.
- You are recognized for your strong results orientation and are looking for a new environment in which to put your negotiating skills to good use.
- Autonomous and organized, your dynamism and your sense of customer relations are assets in your daily missions.
- Given the company's international dimension, fluency in English and/or French is required in addition to German for this position.
